Advanced Multi-Layer Composite Structure


The product has an improved high-temperature resistant composite structure, fully optimised for extreme heat environments:
 

  • Inner Layer: Special rubber with modified high temperature resistance can withstand continuous medium temperatures up to 250°C. It's perfectly suited for the high temperature air transmission path from the air compressor to the air reservoir.

 

  • Middle Layer: Braid of special high temperature resistant fibre. It does not soften or deform under extreme heat, always maintaining structural strength and pressure stability.

 

  • Outer Layer: Additives are added to improve the anti-thermal-oxidative ageing performance, which can effectively prevent the hose from suffering thermal radiation and oxidative corrosion, and prevent the hose body from cracking or peeling.
