Product Description
The hydraulic brake hose is one of the main pressure-bearing components of the automotive hydraulic brake system with the purpose of accurate transmission of brake pressure. It uses an oil and weather resistant formula of NBR nitrile inner rubber + CR chloroprene outer rubber, matched with a two-layer polyester filament or steel wire braided reinforcement layer. It can work stably in the temperature range of -40℃~+120℃, withstand high pulse pressure and instantaneous high pressure impact, without head expansion or leakage, to ensure the safety and stability of vehicle braking, deceleration and parking. Product is suitable for all types of automotive hydraulic brake systems, custom length, easy to install. The manufacturing standard conforms and exceeds the requirement of international industry such as SAE, DIN, GB and GOST, which makes it the preferred accessory of OEM and after-sales market.
Features & Advantages
High pressure and pulse resistance for more reliable braking : The maximum working pressure is 400bar , the burst pressure is up to 1660bar , with excellent anti-pulse pressure performance , avoiding brake failure caused by pipeline rupture under high pressure ;
Two optional reinforcement layers for different working conditions : The polyester filament reinforced version is light in weight, and the steel wire braided reinforced version has high pressure bearing capacity, which can meet the hydraulic braking needs of different vehicle models / equipment;
Oil, weather and ageing resistance: NBR inner rubber resists hydraulic oil corrosion; CR outer rubber is UV resistant, high and low temperature resistant, and can be used for a long time in complex outdoor environments.
