Product Description

Our constant pressure steel wire braided oil pipe is specially designed to meet the high requirements of industrial hydraulic systems, focusing on pressure-bearing stability, durability and customized adaptation. The inner rubber is made of high-quality nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), which has excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and low compression set performance, ensuring stable transmission of hydraulic oil and a long service life.

The reinforcement layer is braided with high-strength tinned steel wire, providing two options: single layer (standard pressure) and double layer (high pressure). This effectively enhances the pressure resistance and burst resistance of the oil pipe, while maintaining good flexibility for easy installation and operation.

The outer rubber is made of chloroprene rubber (CR), which has excellent oil resistance, weather resistance, UV resistance and wear resistance. It can effectively protect the oil pipe from external damage and is suitable for various harsh industrial working environments.

This oil pipe is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic oil, with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃, and can work stably in high-pressure, low-temperature, high-temperature and outdoor environments. The appearance can be selected as smooth or textured surface, with black or customized colors available, and can be personalized according to your specific needs.

Design: Integrated design of "softness + pressure resistance", thin wall thickness, light weight, easy to install; tinned steel braid is closely woven, effectively preventing hose expansion and burst; the connection between inner tube and outer cover is firm, no delamination, ensuring long-term stable operation.

Appearance

Surface: Smooth surface (low friction, suitable for hidden installation) or textured surface (better grip, suitable for exposed installation); Color: Standard black (anti-fouling, durable), custom colors available (according to customer's brand color or system identification needs), color fastness meets international standards, no fading after long-term exposure to sunlight and oil.
