When the joint is crimped, the clamping amount should be determined according to the inner diameter and outer diameter of the hose.
Should always be handled with care. It should not be dragged on sharp and rough surfaces, and should not be subjected to bending and flattening.
Hoses or hose assemblies are stored, especially during long-term storage, and storage conditions should provide optimal protection and minimal damage to the hose or hose assemblies. The storage period of the hose or hose assembly should be as short as possible, and if long-term storage cannot be avoided, the product should be inspected and tested before use.
When storing, the storage temperature should be between 0°C and 35°C, preferably around 15°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. During storage, the temperature should not exceed 50°C and fall below -30°C, and there should be no abnormal fluctuations. Store in a dark place away from sunlight and strong artificial light sources. If there are windows or openings in the storage room, they should be shaded with red, orange or white coverings.
The storage site should not have ozone, heat sources, or equipment that generates electromagnetic fields. The hose or hose assembly of the coil should be stored flat, and the height of the stack should be limited to the extent to which the product at the bottom does not produce permanent deformation. It is not recommended to hang hose rolls from pile pegs.
The correct choice, installation of hoses, fittings and hose assemblies will lead to shortened hose life, property damage, and even serious injury to the body.
During installation, it should be considered that the bend of the hose should not be less than the minimum bending radius of the hose, rough surfaces or sharp corners will cause wear to the hose, and the length of the hose should ensure the potential movement of both ends of the hose.
When the hose assembly is in use, the joint is pulled out or the burst is within 25mm from the connector, which should not be regarded as a hose quality problem, which is related to the quality of the joint and the quality of the tooling.
When spraying paint, because nitro paint will accelerate the cracking of the hose, the hose should be protected with film and other covering materials when spraying the whole machine.
Warning: The installation of hose assemblies is directly related to the service life of the hose.
The production process of high-pressure hose
Use the mixing machine to mix the inner layer of glue, the middle layer of rubber and the outer layer of glue according to the formula; Extruder the inner hose is extruded and wrapped on a soft or hard core coated with release agent (liquid nitrogen freezing method can also be used without the core); The calender presses into thin sheets of intermediate adhesive, winds them with separator and cuts them into the specified width according to the process requirements; The inner layer of the pipe core is wound on the winding machine or braiding machine with copper-plated steel wire or copper-plated wire rope, and at the same time, the middle layer of adhesive sheets is wound between each two layers of copper-plated steel wire or copper-plated steel wire rope in the winding machine or braiding machine, and the beginning and end of the winding steel wire are tied (some early winding machines need to pre-stress the copper-plated steel wire for pre-stress shaping); The extruder is covered with an outer layer of glue, and then the lead or cloth vulcanized protective layer is wrapped. vulcanization by vulcanization tank or salt bath; Finally, remove the vulcanized protective layer, pull out the pipe core, clamp the upper pipe joint, and sample and press the inspection.
