Product Structure And Features
Our LPG hoses are build of multi-layer composite material, each layer specifically optimized for the properties of liquefied petroleum gas.
Inner rubber layer
It uses special synthetic rubber resistant to liquefied petroleum gas and hydrocarbon solvents (e.g. chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber compound). The smooth surface can effectively reduce the resistance of gas transportation and prevent the performance degradation due to the swelling of the medium.
Reinforcing layer
Single layer steel wire braiding. This is the skeleton of the hose that provides the necessary burst pressure and impact resistance, while being flexible and maintaining structural integrity under working pressure.
Conductive layer
Conductive rubber or wires built in. That's what security is all about! This design makes the whole hose conductive, so that the static electricity generated during operation can be safely discharged, and the risk of spark explosion caused by static electricity accumulation is completely eliminated.
Outer rubber layer
Made of dark synthetic rubber (usually black) which is wear-, weather- and ozone-resistent. Effectively resist ultraviolet radiation, bad weather and physical wear, protect the internal structure and extend the service life.
