This fiber braided thermoplastic resin tube uses the three-layer composite structure, which combines the advantages of different materials to ensure the stable performance in harsh environments. The inner layer is high quality PA11/PA12 nylon with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good compatibility with various fluids. The middle reinforcement layer is two layers of polyester thread braiding, which greatly improves the pressure bearing capacity and anti-expansion performance of the tube, preventing burst and deformation under high pressure. The outer layer is PU polyurethane, which has outstanding weather resistance, oil resistance and anti-aging ability, effectively protecting the inner structure from external damage.

The tube has excellent overall performance and is suitable for fluid transmission in many fields, and can adapt to extreme temperature environment of -40 ° C to +100 ° C, and ensure smooth operation in cold and high temperature working conditions. It is available in black or customized colors. It can be customized into double, triple and quadruple resin tubes according to your actual application needs.
