Inner Rubber Layer: Made of high quality CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Rubber), has excellent oil resistance, sealing performance and ageing resistance. It is in direct contact with hydraulic oil, without polluting the oil and without causing risks of leakage, adapting to the hydraulic oil transmission requirements of the steering system.

Reinforcement Layer: One layer of polyester filament braid. Soft texture, with sufficient strength. It can not only ensure the structural stability of the hose, but also does not affect the flexibility of the hose, and is easy to install in narrow space, and has certain tensile and pulse resistance.

Outer Rubber Layer: Selected CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Rubber) which is heat-resistant, weather-resistant and high-pressure pulse-resistant, can effectively resist external environmental erosion (such as sun exposure, rain, dust, low temperature), is wear-resistant and ozone-resistant, and extends the service life of the hose.

Designing
The three-layer structure of "inner rubber + single-layer polyester braided reinforcement + outer rubber" is adopted to balance flexibility and structural strength, adapt to the installation space of the power steering system, facilitate bending and arrangement, and not affect the operation of other vehicle components.
