Our Silicone Rubber Fiberglass Hose is expertly engineered to perfection. This hose is woven with high quality alkali-free fiberglass into a sturdy sleeve, coated with high quality silicone rubber paint and dried in a special drying process. This advanced production technique gives the hose a unique combination of performance properties: excellent heat & cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation and excellent anti-aging properties with excellent flexibility and elasticity.
It is a great option for many industrial and household applications and offers a reliable solution for insulating, heat protecting and mechanically protecting internal wiring and cable bundling in motors, household appliances, automobiles, TV and a variety of electronic instruments.

Class H - Temperature Resistance Class
Operating Temperature Range: Continuous operation between -60°C and +180°C, can survive a maximum temperature of 250°C for a limited time (a few hours)
Breakdown Voltage 1.5kV to 10kV
Flame Retardant: Flame spread time < 60 seconds
Mechanical Properties: Good flexibility, good elasticity, good mechanical strength.
Compatibility: Fully compatible with insulating impregnating varnishes
UV Resistance: Better UV protection for outdoor or harsh environment use
Color Options: Standard is translucent, slight yellow tint Special Colors available upon request
