Product Introduction
This heavy-duty custom high temperature resistant & fireproof sleeve breaks through the performance constraints of conventional sleeves. It uses thickened structural design and high density fiberglass weaving technology, which brings about three-fold improvement in insulation, mechanical strength and wear resistance.
The base material is high purity alkali free glass fiber, woven accurately and evenly coated with imported organic silica gel and vulcanized at high temperature. It is a combination of many properties such as flame retardant, heat insulation, thermal insulation, electrical resistance and flexibility. It is an ideal green alternative to harmful products like asbestos and it avoids the risk of harmful dust pollution at source.
Product Performance
Operating Temperature: -40°C to +560°C. It can take the instant temperature of 1650℃. After 30 minutes of continuous high temperature, the outer coating starts carbonization, the internal glass fiber core remains intact in structure.
