Product Structure And Features
SAE 100 R7 and R8 have a similar three-layer structure, but the design differences of the enhancement layer determine their different performance grades.
Inner rubber layer
Made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic rubber (usually nitrile rubber), it has excellent compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and bio-oil, ensuring the purity and smoothness of fluid transportation.
Enhancement Layer (Core difference)
SAE 100 R7
It adopts a single-layer high-strength steel wire braided layer. This structure offers an excellent balance between pressure resistance and flexibility.

It adopts a two-layer high-strength steel wire braided layer. The double-layer braided structure endows the hose with a higher burst pressure and stronger pulse resistance, making it suitable for higher working pressures and more demanding working conditions.
Outer rubber layer
Made of synthetic rubber that is wear-resistant, weather-resistant and ozone-resistant. This outer layer can withstand harsh environmental conditions, such as friction with equipment and rocks, as well as erosion by ultraviolet rays and ozone, providing the best protection for the internal steel wire reinforcing layer.
