SAE 100 R3 hydraulic hose complies with DIN EN 854 standard, constructed with two layers of high‑strength textile braid reinforcement. Designed for low‑pressure hydraulic circuits, this fiber braided hose delivers stable performance for return lines, suction lines and control oil circuits in general hydraulic equipment.
Construction
Inner Tube: Oil‑resistant synthetic rubber, excellent compatibility with common hydraulic oils.
Reinforcement: Two high‑tensile textile braids, light‑weight and flexible.
Outer Cover: Abrasion‑resistant & weather‑resistant synthetic rubber, resists ozone, sunlight and outdoor harsh conditions.
Working Condition
Temperature Range: -40℃ ~ +100℃
Application: Hydraulic return lines, suction lines, control circuits and other low‑pressure hydraulic systems, widely used for agricultural machinery, light‑duty construction equipment and general hydraulic stations.
