Product Structure And Features

The hose is designed with a multi-layer composite structure for the purpose of harsh Marine environment for reliability and durability.

Inner rubber layer

Made from NBR nitrile butadiene synthetic rubber, it has excellent resistance to crude oil and petroleum products and is suitable for high-flow working conditions.

Reinforcing layer

Made of high strength fabric and spiral wound steel wire. The fabric makes a pressure bearing framework and the spiral steel wire makes the hose to resist flattening, keep round and it can also be used as an element of electrical continuity.

Buoyancy layer

Closed cell foam structure, self supporting. It offers basic buoyancy and can inhibit water infiltration and absorption to a great extent, ensuring long-term and stable buoyancy.

Outer rubber layer

It is made from CR chloroprene synthetic rubber. It has excellent wear resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, providing all-around protection for the hose.
