Product Structure And Features

 

R13 and R15 have similar multi-layer composite structures, but the specific design of the steel wire winding layer determines their different performance emphases.

Inner rubber layer

Made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic rubber, it has excellent compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic oil, bio-oil, etc., ensuring the purity and sealing of fluid transportation under high pressure.

Enhancement Layer (Core difference)

Four or six layers of high-strength steel wire winding are adopted. Its steel wires are usually arranged in a "tightly wound" manner, which makes the outer diameter of the hose relatively smaller, lighter and more flexible, while performing well in maintaining ultra-high pressure resistance.

It also adopts four or six layers of high-strength steel wire winding layers. Its steel wires are usually wound at "regular intervals". Outer rubber layer

Made of synthetic rubber that is super wear-resistant, weather-resistant and ozone-resistant. The thick and sturdy outer layer can withstand the harshest physical and environmental damage, providing ultimate protection for the internal steel wire reinforcing layer.
