Product Structure And Features
The SAE 100 R12 hose has a traditional three-layer construction. The reinforcement layer design is the crux of the performance.
Inner rubber layer
It is oil-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic rubber (usually nitrile rubber) with good compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and water-ethylene glycol fluid to ensure the purity of fluid transportation.
Reinforcing layer
High strength steel wire wound layers (4 layers). Compared with the steel wire braided, the winding structure makes the steel wire spirally wound at a certain angle in the hose, which gives the hose excellent resistance to pulse fatigue and higher pressure resistance. The two-layer wound structure creates a strong skeleton to bear pressure.
Outer rubber layer
It is made from synthetic rubber, which is resistant to wear, weather and ozone. The outer layer can effectively protect the inner steel wire reinforcing layer from mechanical wear, environmental factors (such as ultraviolet and ozone) and moisture erosion, thereby extending the overall service life.
