Construction & Materials
Barrier Layer PA (Nylon/Polyamide)Excellent fuel permeation resistance increases chemical stability and operational safety of hose.
Inner Tube: NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) Excellent resistance to oil and fuel, compatible with gasoline, diesel and other common automotive fuels.
Reinforcement Layer: 1-ply Aramid Braid or Polyester Filament Braid Provides excellent pressure resistance as well as structural integrity to withstand high voltage pulses and mechanical stress.
Outer Cover: CSM (Hypalon® Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) Provides outstanding heat resistance, weatherability and high voltage pulse tolerance for severe under-vehicle conditions.
Key Performance & Applications
Applications: Suitable for diesel and biodiesel, including all blends of SME, RME or PME. In addition, it is used for gasoline-ethanol blends, 100% methanol (no blends) or engine oil.
Temperature range: -40°C to +135°C, adaptable to extreme climate environments worldwide
