2-Ply Fabric Braided Steam Hose
The 2-ply fabric braided steam hose is upgraded and optimized on the basis of the 1-ply version. It mainly adopts two layers of polyester filament braid as the reinforcement layer, matched with high-quality synthetic rubber inner and outer rubber layers, which greatly improves the high-pressure resistance and structural stability, and can adapt to more complex and high-pressure working scenarios. The product maintains excellent temperature resistance (continuous below 140℃, intermittent below 150℃, instantaneous 184℃).

Double Reinforcement Layer & Super High Pressure Resistance
This 2-ply fabric braided steam hose is different from the 1-ply version. It uses 2 layers of polyester filament braiding as the reinforcement layer, and is matched with high-quality synthetic rubber inner and outer layers, which greatly improves the pressure resistance and the structural stability of the hose. It has excellent performance of resisting high pulse pressure, no swelling and light weight, which can adapt to more complex and high-pressure working environment, solving the pain point of insufficient pressure resistance of single-layer reinforced hoses.
Resistance to Temperature & Adaptation to Media
The hose has excellent temperature resistance, suitable for continuous transportation of high temperature below 140℃, intermittent transportation of temperature below 150℃ and instantaneous temperature to 184℃. It is specially used for conveying steam, hot water and hot air. It has strong adaptability to media, no corrosion or ageing caused by contact with the above media, and can maintain stable performance for a long time, so as to ensure the smooth progress of transportation tasks.
