SAE 100 R7 Thermoplastic Resin Hose

Product Structure & Function

Inner Tube

We extrude the inner tube from PA11 or PA12 nylon thermoplastic. The smooth bore creates a strong barrier against oil and common corrosive fluids. This liner maintains steady media flow even under continuous running conditions.

Reinforcement Layer

A single ply of polyester yarn braid forms the reinforcement. This high-tensile synthetic braid is non-conductive. It balances working pressure capacity and good bendability, a practical feature for dynamic hose layouts on machinery.

Outer Cover

PU polyurethane makes up the outer cover. It handles abrasion, UV and weather exposure well. This jacket protects the hose's internal construction from scratches and wear when fitted in harsh industrial environments.

Core Features

Lightweight: It weighs much less than conventional rubber hydraulic hoses. Lower hose weight cuts down total equipment load and makes field routing and installation simpler for fitters.

Low Permeation: The nylon substrate forms a tight barrier. It slows fluid permeation and evaporation, helping end users reduce media loss over long run hours.

High Flexibility: Small minimum bend radius paired with solid flex fatigue resistance. Fitters can route the hose through tight, cramped spaces, and it holds up under repeated bending on moving machine parts.

Custom Multi-line Hoses: Twin, triple and quadruple bundled hose assemblies can be made to order. These multi-circuit hoses keep piping neat and save valuable installation space on compact machines.
