Product Description
The R8 Resin Hose is constructed with steel wire reinforcement and is intended for use as a high-pressure resistant fluid transmission pipeline for use in agricultural machinery, earthmoving machinery, construction machinery, articulated telescopic booms and material handling equipment which require stable transmission of industrial fluids such as hydraulic oil and lubricating oil.
Features & Advantages
The inside tube of this R8 hose is made from flexible, thermo plastic, elastomer material, allowing the hose to flex and bend without damaging the inner tube. Also, the inside tube material is compatible with most liquids to be transported without degradation. The braided wire reinforcement provides great strength, preventing rupture when exposed to internal fluid pressure loads, and high tensile strength in the event of an external pulling force. The hose covers is made from tough PU material with good wear and tear, corrosion, and anti-aging properties. Thus, the hose is resistant to damage caused by exposure to rough outdoor conditions and contact with the ground or moving parts of machines. As such, it is designed to be long lasting and maintenance free.
