R8 steel wire-reinforced resin hoses are high-pressure resistant fluid transmission pipelines specially designed for high-pressure fluid transmission scenarios of agricultural machinery, earthmoving machinery, construction machinery, articulated telescopic booms and material handling equipment, which can stably transmit various industrial fluids such as hydraulic oil and lubricating oil.
Features & Advantages:
The inner layer of the product is made of thermoplastic elastomer material with excellent flexibility and fluid compatibility, which can adapt to the frequent bending and complex wiring of equipment, preventing pipeline blockage and leakage; the reinforcement layer is woven with high-strength steel wire, with super pressure resistance and tensile strength, adapting to high-pressure operation needs, not easy to crack or deform; the outer layer is made of PU material, which is wear-resistant, anti-corrosion and anti-aging, resisting harsh outdoor environments and mechanical impact, and extending service life.
